Shipping policy

 

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

New Zealand orders
We use CourierPost and our parcels are tracked. We are not responsible for the loss of parcels if you have an 'authority to leave' set up on the address delivered to. We don't deliver to PO Boxes so please make sure you enter a physical address.
 
When receiving a consignment that may be damaged, please note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition. After delivery to the supplied shipping address has been made, Woosah and/or the courier services we use are not responsible if your parcel is stolen, lost or damaged.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details.
 
International shipping
If you are shopping from outside New Zealand, please email hello@woosah.co.nz and we will arrange a shipping quote for you. Please choose carefully as international orders cannot be exchanged.
