Refund policy

If you wish to return your unused Woosah item, we offer a 7 day return policy. Returns are made at the customer's expense. To start a return, please contact hello@woosah.co.nz for instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return and can check this, we will be in touch with an update on your refund or exchange. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you become aware that any product that we have supplied to you is not what you ordered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us in writing at hello@woosah.co.nz of the error. Upon notification of any such error, we will arrange for the product to be returned to us at our cost. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will provide you with the correct product (as applicable). You will provide such reasonable assistance as we may request to facilitate the return of the product to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or International orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
